Gospel of the Father — Looking to the fathers from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob back to Adam

The Gospel of the Father begins with a recognition that God is our Father in heaven who sent the Messiah to save and redeem us from the fall, and gives the Holy Spirit to guide us unto all truth.

The Gospel of the Father is the gospel Jesus taught, and it was lived by the righteous fathers from Adam through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Men such as Abel, Seth, Enoch, Methuselah, Noah and Shem knew God, worshipped Him and sought to do His will. When Jesus came, He taught the same way of life and invited us to follow His example. He told those who claimed to be Abraham's children that they should do the works of Abraham.

As I have studied the fathers and the teachings of Jesus, I have come to see four simple principles that run through their lives: have no other gods before the Father, do the Father's will, uplift your family and strengthen others. These are the things I am trying to live myself, and I believe they can help all of us come to know the Father and follow the Messiah.

The Gospel of the Father is an invitation to live these things, not a church, religion, ministry or organisation. There is nothing to join, no membership, and no financial commitment. This website simply shares what I have come to understand about God, His family and His gospel, in the hope that it may help others come to know the Father for themselves.
